We designed the Harbour Penthouse Suites for guests who have stayed everywhere and are tired of sameness. Every surface is hand-finished Tasmanian oak, the lighting is layered so you can read, work or unwind without touching a switch, and the bathroom opens onto a soaking tub positioned right beside the window.
There are only six penthouses in the building, and each one comes with a private butler who handles everything from espresso at 6am to last-minute theatre tickets. You will also find a curated minibar, Bose sound, and a pillow menu that reads more like a small novel.

Craft that you can feel in your hands
Our design team spent four years sourcing materials for these suites. The stone in every bathroom was cut from a single quarry run in South Australia, the linen is woven in Portugal at 600 thread count, and the joinery was built by a Melbourne workshop that has been turning timber since 1947. Nothing here was picked from a catalogue.
