We stripped the space back to what matters: acoustic insulation better than most recording studios, 4K laser projection on a 180-inch screen, and conference chairs selected after testing thirty different models with real end-users. Every cable you might need is already routed and labelled before you arrive.
The boardroom seats fourteen at the table and up to forty theatre-style when you open the connecting wall to the event floor. There is a private entrance off Little Collins Street, so your guests never have to cross the lobby, and a breakout lounge with espresso and pastries set up before anyone walks in.

Technical detail that quietly does its job
Most venues hand you a HDMI cable and hope for the best. We took a different approach. Every board session is pre-tested the day before, microphones are Shure with automatic gain management, and the room control panel is a single iPad any guest can use without reading a manual. If something goes wrong mid-presentation, our producer fixes it before most people notice.
